The pulled pork Carnitas is delicious and one of my fave MM dishes. Incredible depth of flavor! I often sprinkle roasted pepitas on top and feel like I am eating at a fancy restaurant in Mexico City. This carnitas is THAT good! I also love the avocado aioli, a really tasty finish.
